The performance figures below are for properties syndicated by REVA. They show how these properties have performed under our management over the holding period of the investment.
The numbers shown are calculated from the first day of investment through the end of 2011. The holding period cash returns do not include the sale of the property, but only the cash flow available to the property owners after expenses. We are very pleased to be sending checks to our investors, especially in the current economic environment where so many projects have gone bust and the yeild on other investments has declined so dramatically..
We attribute these successes to our attention to detail; to the focus we place on effective and efficient operations and proactively serving our tenants. The PPM Projections assumed that we would renew 75% of the tenants in each property. By being tenant focused we have exceeded those projections and have, therefore, minimized the need to expend large sums of capital for tenant improvements and leasing commissions. The reduced need for capital frees up cash that is now available to our investors – this makes for healthy assets and happy clients!
